Charles (Chuck) West

Charles (Chuck) West is currently teaching “Marketing for the Technical Professional” in the Master’s of Engineering Management program, University of Wisconsin’s School of Engineering. He earned his BBA, Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan with honors and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He began his career with Honeywell as a management scientist working on company-wide marketing problems and computer applications in marketing for three years. He spent the next nine years with 3M as a marketing manager with profit-and-loss responsibility within the Industrial Electrical Products Division.

He went on to create and direct the marketing and sales consulting firm, West & Associates of St. Paul, Minnesota. Chuck worked with industry leading companies, such as; The Trane Company, Coke-a-Cola, Manitowoc Food Service Group, GE Health Care, and John Deere. Chuck joined the University of Wisconsin, School of Business, Center for Professional and Executive Development as the Program Director for Sales and Management Programs.
