Janel is a training and management consultant committed to helping technical professionals advance in their careers by improving their communication skills and implementing efficient business processes. She has held teaching positions at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and has experience in product development, quality management, and business process improvement with Alcoa Inc. (now Arconic).
