Managing Snow and Ice Control Operations

In this course, you will learn practical management approaches to help you respond to storm situations affecting urban and rural roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and other facilities. You will learn how to establish plans and policies, select equipment, and properly time the use of plowing, chemical deicers and abrasives. Examples of effective anti-icing applications will also be discussed.
